Job Summary

Under the direction of the Department Corporate Director of Physical and Occupational Therapy or designee, the Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, supervision and operations of the Intake and Registration Department. Provides front office/registration supervision for a multidisciplinary (Physical, Occupational, Speech) therapy clinic. Manages the use of resources and is responsible for day-to-day operations. Assesses routine daily operations and initiates appropriate corrective action in order to maintain and improve service delivery and administrative tasks. Oversees front office personnel and works with site leadership to ensure standards and processes are met. Holds self and others accountable for providing excellent customer service between patients, staff and other departments. Responsible for assessing front office/registration personnel performance and developing processes in support of the department and organization’s mission, vision and values. Demonstrates flexibility, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Provides administrative support as assigned within the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department. Assists front office personnel with direct patient related tasks as required to include scheduling and registration and coordinates efforts with other areas such as Centralized Pre-registration to streamline patient intake.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Four year degree from an accredited college or university in science, medical technology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum of three years of experience as a coordinator, supervisor or equivalent in a clinic setting, including oversight and management of front office personnel. Computer and software experience including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel strongly preferred.

Minimum License Requirement:

Pay Range:

$22.06 - $31.54
